ESD dissipative lacquer AstraStat ESD type B

The 2K-PU ESD single-coat and topcoat ESD dissipative paints have a non-ageing conductive pigment and are resistant to abrasion, chemicals and long-term outdoor exposure.
The 2K-PUR dissipative paint has been developed for spray application on a wide range of substrates, including those with poor adhesive properties, such as GRP. Its conductivity is unaffected by changes in humidity and corresponds with IEC 61340-5-1.

Application:
Wherever insulating or poorly conducting materials - such as plastic surfaces, containers or panels - must be given good electrical conductivity. Metals - such as steel or aluminum - can also be treated to allow a "gentle" discharge.

Surface resistance: ≤3.5 x 10⁷Ω

Colors:
Standard colors are light grey ~RAL 7035, light ivory ~RAL 1015, light blue ~RAL 5012, jet black ~RAL 9005, beige ~RAL 1001 and grey white ~RAL 9002 (see color table).
Other colors are available on request.
The following are not available: transparent, white, luminous and signal colors.
