Textarel 900 - triboelectrically inactive material

The electric resistance of carbon- and graphite-filled materials usually lies in the range of 10³ - 10⁴Ω, which is too low for many applications, such as test adapters. High-resistance (insulating) materials, on the other hand, tend to absorb charges of several kilovolts and should therefore not be used for these applications. Textarel 900 meets both requirements: With a resistance of typically 10⁸ - 10¹⁰Ω and a triboelectric charge capacity of less than 100 volt, this material is ideal for a wide range of applications.
In addition, Textarel 900 has a good mechanical workability.

ESD-Acrylic plate

The build-up of static charge on walls, partitions and ceilings of Cleanrooms and equipment surface can attract particulates and cause uncontrolled electrostatic discharge (ESD). With most conventional plastics and glass being insulative by nature, tribo electric buildup can also attract particles to the surface of the substrate, while uncontrolled ESD can damage sensitive components causing significant losses in production and profits. Therefore, it is the most recommendable to make Cleanroom and semiconductor manufacturing equipment using the materials that are capable of dissipating static charge. ESD-Acrylic plate can overcome this problem in environment that requires the maximum protection against ESD problem. Unlikely normal conventional plastics and glasses, ESD-Acrylic plate will not generate static electricity that can attract particulates and cause ESD problems.
